Delete your Golf Trip Planner account
Last updated November 3, 2026
In the app
- Open Golf Trip Planner and sign in.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, and tell us whether you signed in with Google or Apple. We’ll confirm it’s your account, then delete it within 30 days. If you signed in with Apple using a private relay address, tell us that too, as we may need extra details to find it.
What gets deleted
- Your account, including your name, email address and profile picture link
- Trips you own, and everyone’s plans for those trips
- Your own plans on trips other people shared with you
- Your membership of those shared trips, and our records of your trip unlocks
- Your sign-in sessions, and the trips and plans stored on the phone you delete from
This can’t be undone, and it affects your friends. People you shared a trip with lose access to it, along with their plans for it. Unlocked trips aren’t refunded.
What may be kept
- Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records, as financial and tax rules may require.
- Deleted information may remain in provider backups for a limited time until they expire.
- Saved drive times stay for up to 90 days. They’re only coordinates, times and distances, and aren’t linked to you.
Removing sign-in access
Deleting your account doesn’t delete your Google or Apple account. When you delete from the app, we also ask Google or Apple to remove Golf Trip Planner’s sign-in access. To check, or to remove it yourself, go to your Google account connections or, on an iPhone, Settings > your name > Sign in with Apple.
If you never signed in, your trips are only on your phone. To delete them, use Delete all my trips in Settings, or uninstall the app. See our Privacy Policy for more.
